Error description

• Output dataset allocation problems or failure in the SORT phase
  may occur. Output dataset allocation problems occur only when
  allocated through templates with no size specification. This
  mainly occurs when the TOTALROWS or TOTALENTRIES column from the
  SYSIBM.SYSTABLESPACESTATS table is NULL for the tablespace
  involved in the unload.
  
  The PTF is missing the following ++HOLD ACTION
      After running INZT02 (to update BIND information)
      Submit the INZBIND job.
