The warning message is notified when RDEs are not created because Integrity Checker finds mismatch between current RDE and the DBD which is used in the job step. See the APAR PM28084 description of IMS Library Integrity Utilities in detail. APAR PM28084 is required for IMS Library Integrity Utilities.

Comments
FPA calls the Integrity Checker API services to notify the completion of FPA Unload processing. This function is activated when the Global Option Module and LICON data set for Integrity Checker are found. ======================== = DOCUMENTATION CHANGE = ======================== The IMS Fast Path Solution Pack for z/OS Version 1 Release 1 IMS High Performance Fast Path Utilities User's Guide (SC19-2914-00). 1.1.8 Support for IMS Library Integrity Utilities This topic is changed to include the FPA Unload function. Restrictions for using Integrity Checker is added as follows. * When any of the following error conditions were detected in FPA or LIU Integrity Checker processing, the RDEs are not created: * Either the return code is equal to or greater than 8 or the processing ends abnormally for one or more areas in the Unload, Reload, Change, or Reorg processing. * The return code is equal to or greater than 8 for the Analyze function even when Reload, Change, or Reorg function completes successfully. * In checkpoint restart mode, the RDEs for the areas whose the return code of unload processing ends with equal to or greater than 8. * LIU Integrity Checker fails to create an RDE. * When a difference is found between the DBD library and the stored RDE in the following functions: * Unload function * Change function that does not change the DBD definition * Reorg function 2.3.3 Running Unload An additional step 4., which is for creating an RDE, is added as follows: 4. Optional step. If you want to create an RDE during the FPA process, see 2.4.3 step4. The following new topic is added under 2.3.3 Running Unload: 2.3.3.1 Considerations on using LIU Integrity Checker The checksum value for the randomizer routine, and the checksum value for the Edit/Compression routine when the routine is defined in the DBD library, are stored in the RDE. You must make sure that the libraries that contain the correct routines are specified in one of the following DD statements: * Unload function * IMSRESLB * When IMSRESLB is not specified, JOBLIB/STEPLIB See 2.4.3.1 in more detail. 2.3.5 Utility control statements for Unload process The LIUGOPT control statement is added to the list of GLOBAL command keywords.
