  RC=0 when dataset in use or space issue is encountered ( X37 )

  New Return Codes to be issued in Batch:
  Dataset in Use = RC12
  Space Issue    = RC20
  .
  Foreground message also to reflect in panel ADB2W1
  Dataset in Use = "Allocated member in use"
  Space Issue    = "Out of Space"
  Additional Symptoms: msgIKJ56225I msgIEC032I x37
