  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When a timeout is detected in the PE Server subtask, the
  timeout condition is not reported in a timely manner or an
  appropriate timestamp is not available because the message is
  only issued to the server log (SYSPRINT).
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  When a timeout is detected in the DB2 interface task of the PE
  Server subtask, message FPEV2102W is issued to the PE Server log
  (SYSPRINT) and to the console.
  The modify command option EPTT and messages FPEV2100I, FPEV2101I
  and FPEV2103 were added for diagnostic purposes.
