  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When the DB2 interface task of the PE Server subtask does not
  return data retrieval requests to the Periodic Exception task in
  time, Periodic Exception issues messages FPEV0266I and FPEV0267I
  to report the time out condition and will be restarted
  automatically. During restart the ongoing data retrieval
  performed in the DB2 interface task can result in message
  FPEV0560E reporting invalid data or Abends.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Periodic Exception was modified to handle time out conditions
  and will stay up and running instead of being recycled
  automatically.
