  Upon restart of DB2, Object Analysis will attempt to reconnect
  to the DB2 subsystem and cannot get enough storage, exhausting
  CSA and ECSA and resulting in the ABEND878-08.
  
  CSA and ECSA contained hundreds of copies of KO2EIX1A as seen
  These unnecessary copies of KO2EIX1A are similar to APAR PK74463
  which can be seen is already on the system.  The 'Ret Addr'
  points to code with an eyecatcher of 'O2EOJS' (KO2EOJSA).
  

Local fix

• Run Omegamon without object analysis.
