  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  V420:
  ZHATACT screen has no data when E-thread summary is selected
  on ZHARP screen.
  
  V510:
  1. The correct NTAINTERVAL data is not provided after a manual
  stop/start of the historical collector or after switching DB2
  subsystems on the classic display info line at top of screen.
  2. ZHATACT screen has no data when E-thread summary is selected
  on ZHARP screen.
  3. Message "DB2 has terminated" on ZHSMS, ZHAFL, ZH2IN screens
  if historical collector is started manually.
  4. ETIM exception does not fire for distributed threads without
  parallel tasks.
  5. ETIM exception fires for distributed threads with zero
  elapsed time.
  6. Dump LMOD=KO2ODB2F#L, OFFSET=07F77E
  7. NTH/ZHTCALL display is incorrect for long SQL.

  selected on ZHARP screen.
  
  V510:
  1. Change logic to provide correct NTAINTERVAL data.
