Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS, when DDL or GEN function
  is used against a stored procedure, GEN retrieves rows for
  UDF from SYSROUTINES resulting in error:
  ADB1815E No sysroutines row found for 'Create procedure'
  Reason code = 4
  .
  ADB1646E Run will terminate
  ADB1873E Processing ended but not all supplied catrows were used
  Reason code = 24
