Error description

• At startup of the OMEGAMON II for DB2 CUA address space, the
  task will shut itself down with a message in the RKLVLOG
  
  The CUA is not enabled in BASE V510. Please watch for an
  announcement describing CUA availability.
  
  At initial delivery of V510 the CUA function was not available.
  The PTF for this APAR enables the CUA task in OMPE V510.
