PM24446: GENERAL FIXES AT GA DELIVERY TIME.

Error description

• Various fixes in Object Analysis and VTAM.
  This PTF should be installed together with the GA tape.
  
  Additional symptom:
  If the length of the high level qualifier of the RTE exceeds
  25 characters the create runtime members job D2#3 will fail
  with a JCL error.
  
  e.g.
  Target dataset TKO2DATA,
  DBUTIL.DB2.OMEGAMON.V510.T101022.TKO2DATA has 41 characters,
  (KO2USR#P) has 10 characters,
  "//SYSUT1   DD", "DSN="  and  ",DISP=SHR" have 26 characters.
  The total length is greater than 71 characters.
  
  To get around the problem the customer has to manually edit the
  job to move the DISP=SHR to the next line.
