• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS will issue the message:
  TBSTATS on A101008X failed: Library format error  :First table
    record read does not have TIR: as identifier.
    This member is not a WSL
  or:

Problem conclusion

• The WSL processing is changed to check for the same data set
  name specified for SQL output and also for WSL output.
