  This occurs if all of the following conditions are met:
  - a logical unload is requested (SELECT)
  - the select-clause involves an time expression (except for a
    constant)
  - the unload is performed via DB2 (DB2 FORCE or DB2 YES with
    unsupported select    statement)
  - the requested format is not DSNTIAUL
  - the DB2 subsystem is set with a time exit routine
    (TIME=LOCAL).
