Error description

• This APAR will address the following after ICON PTF UK59245 is
  installed:
  - The event trace record type A3 may be incorrect or missing
  - IMS Connect MSGHWSP1480E CONFLICT SYMBOL RETURNED
  FROM EXITS; EXIT1=HWSSMPL1, EXIT2=CEXSVC01, M=SDOP is received

  1. The event trace record type A3 may be incorrect or missing.
  2. IMS Connect message HWSP1480E CONFLICT SYMBOL RETURNED FROM
  EXITS; EXIT1=HWSSMPL1, EXIT2=CEXSVC01, M=SDOP is received
  after IMS Connect PTF UK59245 installed.
  IMS Connect PTF UK59245 changes the format of the XIB
  control block in such a way that exit message exit
  CEXSVC01 cannot determine the IMS Connect release that is
  calling the exit.
  This results in CEXSVC01 using the IMS Connect V10 Plist
  offsets to return the message ID string instead of the
  V11 Plist offsets.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Corrected module CEXTECL to ensure address of OTMA CTL
  header is always passed to the A3 trace routine
  2. Corrected CEXSVC01 to determine the correct IMS Connect
  release with this PTF installed.
