*                 Version 3 Release 1 (FMID=H22O310)           *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR supports a new function of    *
*                      Database Recovery Facility (DRF),       *
*                      which is provided by APAR PM14116.      *
*                      When the FRXSTEPL DD is built and       *
*                      allocated by DRF, Index Builder loads   *
*                      any module from the FRXSTEPL DD instead *
*                      of STEPLIB of the JCL procedure to      *
*                      start Index Builder.                    *
