Error description

• The following problems are addressed in this Apar:
  1)  STC does not fail initialization when encountering
      invalid OPTIONS parms specified for
      ABPMAIN_CANCEL_MEMBER or GLOBAL_MEMBER.
  2)  S04E ABEND occurs, accompanied by IEC130I message ("DD
      STATEMENT MISSING"), when Utility Monitor alters a DDname
      to one that does not exist in the Utility JCL.
  3)  Utility job terminates when Utility Monitor attempts to
      substitute a keyword containing a wildcard character when
      when it is the last keyword in the utility syntax.
  4)  CHECK DATA utility - Exception table for discard is not
      created when
       a) extended syntax (DISCARDTO) is specified,
       b) multiple CHECK DATA statements appear in a single SYSIN
          and
       c) Utility Monitor used to modify utility syntax.
  5)  UET incorrectly truncates extended utility syntax
  6)  Eliminate duplication of messages ABPU5337E and ABPU5335E
      in utility job SYSPRINT
  7)  Support NUMRECS keyword in LOAD utility
  8)  Add support for new DB2 V10 utility parameters
  9)  Add new option to print a MEPL report to SPRT0000 DD via
      the ABP batch interface.
  10) MAPPINGTABLE keyword written to utility syntax multiple
      times when Utility Intercept for REORG SHRLEVEL CHANGE with
      ADD MAPPINGTABLE specified.
  11) S0C4 ABEND occurs when DD SYSPRINT is
      omitted from DSNUTILB jobstep.
