shown on screen ZHTCALL for the distributed thread when its
LUWID contains lower case letters (LUWID itself is shown in
upper case due to translation before printing)

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
LUWID value was erroneously converted to upper case for all the
accounting IFCIDs associated with a thread in Near Term History.
Corresponding performance IFCIDs had lower-case LUWID.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Change logic to remove the converting of LUWID to upper case in
Near Term History.
