  This APAR enables Space Monitor (SPMN) to monitor the latest
  space utilization about VSAM data sets of IMS online
  full-function databases by using IMS Tools Online System
  Interface in IBM IMS Tools Base for z/OS, Version 1 Release 1
  (5655-V93).
  
  To monitor VSAM data sets of IMS online full-function databases,
  you must apply APAR PM17030 to IMS Tools Base. And APAR PM21167
  must also be applied to IMS Tools Base to monitor the following
  IMS online database data sets:
   - An overflow data set of a HISAM database
   - An overflow data set of a secondary index database
   - HALDB data sets except the data set group A
   - A PHIDAM primary index data set
  
  By this APAR, a TOSI control statement is added. This TOSI
  control statement specifies whether to use IMS Tools Online
  System Interface.
