DBRC auth request fails, Integrity Checker ends with ABEND S0C1.

online environment with non-BPE based DBRC, the DBRC region will
abend and the IMS control region will abend. In IMS online
environment with BPE based DBRC, the DBRC user exit will be

    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
Integrity Checker gets ABEND0C1 in the following conditions:

    - APAR PM17661(PTF UK59427) is applied.
    - LIU library is specified in STEPLIB DD of a DBRC procedure in
IMS online environment with non-BPE based DBRC or a batch job
      in a batch environment.
    - Integrity Checker is deactivated due to one of the followings:
      - No Global Option Module in the JOBLIB(STEPLIB) DD.
      - Errors occur in the initialization of Integrity Checker and
INITERR=W is specified in the Global Option Module.
    - DBRC authorization request fails.

If all of these conditions met, Integrity Checker erroneously
refers incorrect area and gets ABEND0C1. In a batch environment,
the batch program will abend. In IMS online environment with
non-BPE based DBRC, the DBRC region will abend and the IMS
control region will abend. In IMS online environment with BPE
based DBRC, there will be no effect.
