Error description

• ABENDS0C4 in DSQCSIDT in RDJFCB macro if QMF is loaded
  in protected storage.

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: All QMF for TSO/CICS V10 users.              *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If QMF is loaded in protected           *
  *                      storage and the DSQSPILL file needs     *
  *                      to be opened, QMF will abend with       *
  *                      an ABENDS0C4 in DSQCSIDT.               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The RDJFCB macro is invoked during DSQSPILL file processing.
  If the standard form of RDJFCB is used, QMF cannot be
  re-entrant; if QMF is loaded from protected storage, it is
  re-entrant and the standard form of RDJFCB will abend as it
  tries to store into the QMF module that invokes it.
  The LIST and EXECUTE form of RDJFCB should be used in
  re-entrant code.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was changed to invoke the LIST and EXECUTE form of
  the RDJFCB macro, which allows it to work in re-entrant code.
