Object collection agent not being refreshed when DB2 version is upgraded without an IPL. Additional Symptoms: Other symptoms can include ABEND S0C4 in CQMOXG8X or ABEND0C4 in CQMOXG9X.
Local fix
This condition can be avoided by performing a system IPL when migrating to a different DB2 version.
