PM17736: INVALID EMAIL HEADER (RFC 2822 VIOLATION) WHEN SENDING EMAIL TO LDAP OR ADS GROUP

Error description

• Cognos sends the reports OK but every user receives and
  additional message from the internal system (Duplicate header
  field: "To") when sending an email to an ADS or LDAP group as
  recipient. It seems that the "To" field is duplicated in the
  SMTP message send out by Cognos.??Duplicate Header Field:??The
  RFC 2822 standard specifies rules for forming internet
  messages.?Section '3.6. Field definitions' specifies that
  certain header fields?must not occur more than once in a message
  header.
