Error description

• TEP DB2 Plex values for Coupling Facility Structures will show
  negative numbers for attributes like Structure Connect Count,
  Structure Size, Structure Used, Lock Entries Allocated / Used.
  
  The Coupling facility metaprobe that runs in the TEMS has a
  mismatch between the ODI and header
