• If /DBR command fails, HPIC does not issue /STA command.

  *                      after /DBD command is issued.           *
  *                      Then 'read only' status remains in      *
  *                      DBRC.                                   *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  HPIC does not issue /STA command when TOSI RESPONSE macro
  time-out occurs after /DBD command is issued.
  Then 'read only' status remains in DBRC.
  
  HPIC should issue /STA command even if /DBD and /DBR fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJDBIM, FABJTOI and FABJSTA have been modified to issue /STA
  command when /DBD and /DBR command fail.
  
  FABJDMPN has been modified to issue /STA command when all /DBD
  and /DBR command fail
  
  FABJDMP7, FABJDMP8, FABJDMP9, FABJDMPA and FABJDMPB have been
  reassembled.
