Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS panel ADB21TDE
  "Build SQL DELETE Prototype" can build invalid SQL syntax
  which contains:
  "WHERE AND"
  if customers remove the leading * prefixed to previously entered
  syntax by spacing over the * rather than deleting it.
  

Local fix

• Delete the leading * rather than space over it.
