This PTF adds multiple functions or fixes.

Problem conclusion

  • This PTF adds multiple functions or fixes.

Fixes include:

  Updates to various HELP files and runtime messages.

  Add new global variable DSQEC_TWO_GB_ROW. This allows
  users to specify whether QMF can retrieve raw data rows
  greater than 32K wide.

  Add message support for new and changed DB2 for z/OS
  Version 10 Release 1 SQL codes.

  Fix defect with queries beginning with keyword 'WITH'.
  (SQLCODE518).

  Implement QMF Version 10 fix for PM08963, fetching of
  many LOB data rows.

  ABEND0C4 during set of long global variable.

  SAVE DATA with DFP column to non DB2 for z/OS server
  causes error with blank message line.

  Provide TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE support for stored
  procedure, EXPORT, IMPORT and SAVE.

  Enforce use of G or GW edit code for graphic data
  types.

  Fix prompted query to support join of tables in a
  DB2 for z/OS Version 10 database.

  Run query command prompt appearing when it should not.

  Stored procedure processing of mismatched quotes on
  parameters and also fix problem with rerunning of
  stored procedure causing error 'THE CURSOR CRSR1
  IS NOT IN A PREPARED STATE'.

  Update support for SET CURRENT SCHEMA so that the QMF
  authorization id is not updated when CURRENT SCHEMA
  changed.
