Error description
When JOURNAL=NO is specified in the HPSIN data set and BSNJM01 DD is coded in the JCL, Reorg Expert unallocates the BSNJM01 DD and allocates the BSNJM01 DD to DUMMY. Therefore, Policy Services journal is not created. Reorg Expert should not unallocate the BSNJM01 DD when it is coded in the JCL.
