Error description

• This APAR will address two problems:
  - Buffer pool does not have largest CISZ included.
  - Allocation of ILDS dataset too large

  This APAR is correcting the following problems:
  1. Buffer pool does not have largest CISZ included.
  Description:  VSAM allocation was done with CISZ 1024 and had an
  index CISZ of 1024.  The shadow datasets are created using
  cylinders, which bumps the index CISZ to 4096.  The VSAMP
  creation still looks at the original dataset name and does
  not pick up the correct index CISZ.
  2. Allocation of ILDS dataset too large
  Description:  HALDB database has no secondary indexes or any
  logical relationship. Therefore, the ILDS should be allocated
  as TRKS(1,1).
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made for the above problems:
  1. Code has been changed to adjust to the shadow dataset names.
  2.Code has been changed to recognize "unnecessary" ILDS
  datasets and use 1 track for allocation.
