*                      of an internal block (BLDB) for the     *
*                      index is created erroneously and        *

*                      not attached.                           *

*                      2. ABENDS0C4-4 at IIUNDXRC+2C0A         *
*                      for a secondary index with non-unique   *
*                      key, because an entry for an internal   *
*                      block (BLDB) for the index is referred  *
