APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After navigating through the product performing different
functions,
if the user selects to run the online extract, DB2 SMU will
abend with an 0C4. The last message seen in the online extract
is KTS2099I Prebuild Complete. Abend occurs at +36C into module
KTCESTAE.

Local fix

  • Run online extract before performing any other functions within
the product or run extract in batch.
