Error description

• A filter for records in the IMS PA ATF reports is needed to
  extract the ATF journal records that meet the filter criteria.
  IMSPA does not currently allow a customer to select only those
  transactions that have an ABEND code or an elapsed time greater
  than a given value, for reporting or extraction.
  This APAR should:
  1) Provide a means of specifying ABEND and elapsed time
     criteria.
  2) Provide a means of saving records related to transactions
     that meet the filtering criteria so that they may be further
     analyzed by IMSPA or IMS Problem Investigator.
