LMOD=KO2CDBCB#L, CSECT=#UNKNOWN, OFFSET=018C54
ABEND0C4-4 KO2CIFCB+912 (at PK93918 level) on a 0E0E (MVCL)
instruction, a bad length supplied to the move.
Seen on the ZDB2C Classic panel:
>> OB0910: Program Check - Recovery Successful -CIFC+0A32 <<
after doing the following:
 1. ZMENU -> option G
 2. Zoom (PF11) on any server
 3. ZDBCD panel 'DB2 Connect/Gateway Statistics'
 4. Choose any option to get to the panel .  Press PF3
 5. >> OB0910: Program Check - Recovery Successful -CIFC+0914 <<
The offset on the OB0910 message can also be 0912:
    >> OB0910: Program Check - Recovery Successful -CIFC+0912 <<
An SVC DUMP is not always produced.
