  This APAR fixes the following problems when SORT=COND is
  specified for the RELOAD block of IPR Driver:
  1. Logical children are orphaned because the reload task of IPR
     creates incorrect DFSURWF1 record.
  2. If ILDS is rebuilt in the reload task, the ILE for the first
     segment is not created.
  3. MSGHPSG2004E is issued and IPR Driver ends with RC=16 if
     an empty database is reorganized.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load has been modified to handle the first input record
  correctly in case of SORT=COND is specified for IPR Driver.
