PM12702: KO2Z999E ERROR DURING TSO SIGNOFF

Error description

• KO2Z999E error during TSO signoff.
  
  The EOT and EOM resource managers are global functions that
  apply to the entire system.  There are traps that the OMPE
  Collector subsystem checks before it processes the EOT/EOM
  request.  By specifying the TSUTRAP member, the OMPE collector
  subsystem will bypass the EOT/EOM request.

  ABEND=.S0C4  RSN=00000011
  ABEND0C4-11 KO2ZSTO+304 (at 09/29/09 level) on a 91E0100A (TM)
  instruction, R1 bad.  During EOT processing Omegamon will
  interrogate the TCB/RB structure and ABEND if not related to
  Omegamon.
  Backing up from the ABENDing instruction the following

  when the terminating task is the OMPE address space.
