APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• DB Analyzer portion of APAR information is not included in the
  current APAR Status report of Reorg Expert because the load
  modules of DB Analyzer are coded using BPEENTER macro, while
  other modules are coded using HPSCIN/HPSCCHG macro.
  This APAR adds BPEENTER support to the Diagnostics Aid function
  of Reorg Expert.

  in APAR status report
  This APAR also fixes the two issues below
   - HPSCDIAG does not show APAR information of the HP Load
     modules prefixed with 'FABS'
   - Message texts for HPSD1008W and HPSD3612E are not as written
     in the User's Guide
