APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When starting target objects after the pages have been updated
With new OBIDs, in rare cases CKZ61226E or CKZ61227E may appear
after the attempted start. This is a timing issue and is not
readily reproducible. This only occurs when running with >1
    subtasks.

The code has been changed to eliminate the timing issue.

In addition, when this error occurs and is the only error in the
target job, the job can complete with return code of zero. This
has been corrected also. Any errors to processing target
datasets now result in either RC=4 or RC=8 depending on the
    setting of MAX-RC.

Local fix

  • set MAX_SUBTASKS=1 in the target job parmlib.
