PM12150: SNAME VARIABLE USED IN ADB2UCUS DOES NOT RESOLVE IN SKELETONS FOR EXAMPLE ADB2UXO

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS does not resolve the SNAME
  variable for the ASRTOT1 variable in the ADB2UCUS skeleton.
  .
  The ASRTOT1 variable is used in the following skeletons:
   ADB2USK  TABLESPACE CHECK DATA -UT K
   ADB2USO  REORG TABLESPACE -UT O
   ADB2USOO TABLESPACE ONLINE REORG -UT OO
   ADB2USO2 TABLESPACE REORG W/ INLINE COPY -UT OC
   ADB2UXO  REORG INDEX -UT O
  

Local fix

• Do not use the SNAME variable

Problem conclusion

• The ADB2UCUT skeleton has been modified to state
  that &SNAME can be used for the table space or
  index space name. The utility skeletons that use
  &ASRTOT1 have been modified to resolve the
  SNAME variable for the table space or index space
  name.
