Error description
COC could not connect to Cognos 8 server through Siteminder setup. The server hangs, it does not return Cognos 8 server tree folder. From browser, the Cognos 8 connection works after the first loging in thru siteminder then selecting a c8 namespace to login again, it will launch the IBM Cognos 8 Welcome page.
