Error description

• Unnecessary SVC DUMP from Omegamon when NTH (Near Term History)
  dataset not defined.
  The SVC DUMP was invoked by KO2LCAPB+1EB6 (at PK99157 level)
  with title
   OMEGAMON II FOR DB2: COMPID=5655OPE00, JOB=OMEGDB2 ,
    LMOD=KO2SSRVB#L, CSECT=O2HPRC  , OFFSET=00D536
  KO2LCAPB generated the SVC DUMP when the attach for the PCSV
  subtask (KO2PCSVF - CAPTURE CONTAINER CONTROL SERVER) failed.
  Messages seen on Omegamon's JOBLOG:

  The issued messages clearly indicate the problem, the SVC DUMP
  is unnecessary.  After the user defined the Historical dataset,
  the SVC DUMP and error messages were no longer issued.
