• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS panel ADB2Z52U IPNAME
  issues a message:
  Invalid IP address format
  if the value entered into the "IP address" field does not end in
  .COM.

Problem conclusion

• The REXX EXEC ADBEZ52 was modified to accept an
  IPNAME that end in valid extensions other than .COM.
