  SYSTRACE shows a recursive ABEND0C4-11 in KOBBASEM+86A
  (at UA50713 level) on a 954E9000 instruction (CLI), with R9
  bad.  R9 did not point to the current output buffer as KOBBASEM
  expected resulting in the program check.
  Following this ABEND0C4, KOBINT1M (BASE ESPIE) gets control to
  handle the error and passes control to KO2ORCVB (INTERCEPT
  PROGRAM CHECK ROUTINE).  KO2ORCVB considers doing a retry, but
  detects that z/OS DB2 in unavailable and instead passes control
  to the caller's IFNODB2 exit.  The caller was KO2OSYXB and the
  exit is KO2OSYXB+302 (at PK79664 level).  KO2OSYXB calls
  KO2OMEMB to get a work area, but because the base R7 has
  changed, calls KO2OMEMB with a bad length -- 1D0BC9C4.  This
  length is unpredictable and depends on storage contents.
  KO2OMEMB detects this bad length and issues the KO2O0952E
  message and exits to KOBBASEM+6DC, the point in code to
  handle:   COMMAND ENTRY PROCESSING - END OF COMMAND.  Eventually
  KOBBASEM will try to update the current buffer for the DSYS
  comand and program check, leading to another iteration of the
  loop.  Since Omegamon has gone through this more than 600,000 in
  this failure, JES2 detects this and excessive storage use and
  ABENDs Omegamon.
