Error description

• Dump Title: COMPID=DF115,CSECT=IGWLSIXP+0000,DATE=04/14/08,
  MAINTID= NONE,ABND=0C4,RC=00000000,RSN=00000011
  ABEND0C4-11 following a LPSW (Load PSW) from IEAVRTI0+170E
  (at UA43320 level).  Timer Services used a TQE that pointed to
  exit code that was Released by CQM#REST+226 (at PM00502 level).
  Query Monitor CQM#REST was unaware that the exit was dispatched
  and when it did the Storage Release of storage for the exit, the
  program check occurred.
