Error description

• DB2 Automation Tool V2.2 allowed blank value for Scope. In DB2
  Automation Tool  V3.1 a blank value for Scope is not allowed.
  When a customer updates a V2.2 utility profile in V3.1, they are
  forced to place A or P in the Scope field.
  The proposed solution in this APAR is for DB2 Automation Tool to
  automatically change the scope value of blank to the default "A"
  on DB2 V9 and later subsystems.
