PM05645: INVALID IMAGE COPY DATASET NAME PLACED IN SYSCOPIES IF IC DSN MASK IS GDG

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When making Image Copies from SLB, if the IC DSN has a GDG in
  mask then RE updates SYSCOPIES with invalid IC name. The name
  has "(+1)" instead of the generation value.
