PM04397: USING THE EXPORT DATA COMMAND WITH DATAFORMAT=IXF EXPORT DATA TABLE NAME INCORRECT

  export data table name incorrect.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The table name in the T record of       *
  *                      data exported in IXF format is          *
  *                      incorrect.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When a table is displayed, the table name is stored in a
  control block.  When a second table is displayed, the same
  field in that control block is used for the second table name,
  but the field was not cleared/reinitialized between the display
  of the two (or more) tables.  Thus the second table name
  merely overlaid the first name, but it overlaid for the length
  of the second name.  If the first table name was longer than
  the second name, a portion of the first name remained in the
  field in the control block.
  The T record in the export data set is constructed using the
  table name found in this control block.
  

Problem conclusion

• The table name and owner fields will be cleared with each new
  use of the affected control block.
