Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool option Z.2D is used to display DB2
  thread data in panel adb2z2d2. Attempts to use a filter on TOKEN
  column fail with message:
     No Rows Found
  Resulting display is unfiltered, and unchanged from original
  data.
