Error description

• 1. Attempting to execute a Quick Build from HAA$MAIN
  after viewing a UTILITY profile results in
     HAA$VOPT panel instead of HAA$UOPT.
  
  2. Add punctuation to HAA$UOPT and HAA$VOPT to make them
     consistent with other HAA panels.
  
  3. Removal of numeric form of informational BUILD message
     HAAB177I.
  
  4. Do not allow users to select Recovery Site Primary
     image copy without selecting Local Primary first.
     Error message HAA205E will now be issued:
  
      HAA205E - A Recovery Site Primary image copy cannot be
                selected unless the Local site primary is
                selected also.
