Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The original ESDS dataset did not carry *
  *                      over VSAM parameter SPEED after DELETE  *
  *                      and REDEFINE, and so the default        *
  *                      RECOVERY took place.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *
  ****************************************************************
  The parameter SPEED was not carried over in the process of
  creating a single dataset for DELETE/DEFINE.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module FRXDDCR0 has been modified to add SPEED as an option
  to the CLUSTER during DELETE/REDEFINE dataset process.
