APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The following DB2 Table Editor message maybe issued when
  selecting data from a table that has a large row size and Fetch
  Limit is set to a low value.
  
    ETI028E Insufficient Storage - Your TSO session does not
            contain enough storage to display the data you
            selected. Lower the fetch limit on the main menu
            and try your request again.
  
  The fix will alter Table Editor to make better use of the Fetch
  Limit field. If a customer has a fetch limit of 30, then Table
  Editor allocates enough storage for 30 rows, instead of getting
  250 by default.
