Error description

• COMAPRE PACKAGE job, comparing two plan tables, issues msg
  CKP047E COMPARE COMMAND REQUIRES PLAN_TABLE
  with a DDF connection on another system.

  CKPPTHCK was coded to accept 3 part names for tables but the
  table warning messages did not correctly handle 3 part names.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed the lookup to bypass 3 part names.
