PM00817: INCORROUT ZIIP OFFLOAD CPU TIME WITH PARALLELISM IN BATCH ACCOUNTING

Error description

• zIIP offload cpu time is incorrect when parallelism involved
  with the batch accounting report / trace.
  .
  OMPE reports the following:
  TIMES/EVENTS  APPL(CL.1)  DB2 (CL.2)
  SE CPU TIME   2:29.38359  2:29.38323 -> wrong
   NONNESTED    1:14.72613  1:14.72578 -> because this is wrong
   PAR.TASKS    1:14.65745  1:14.65744 -> this is correct
  .
  It looks like the SE nonnested CPU time includes the Par. task
  SE CPU time, and both the nonnested and parallel task are then
  added together to get the SE CPU TIME which makes this value
  wrong.
